Enhance Your Life with Musical Nutrition

Here at the QuotableChef.com, my goal is to encourage and lead all of you towards an enhanced lifestyle. In the majority of my blog posts, I elaborate on quotes related to the 10 Dimensions of Wellness and share stories through my recipes. But, I believe there is a second type of nutrition that is often times overlooked. This second type is what I call, Musical Nutrition.

Music provides avenues for communication that can be helpful to those who find it difficult to express themselves in words. It also aids in soothing depression, trauma, and even serious forms of mental illness by acting as a medium for processing emotions and grief. Music is not only a calming agent for those struggling with anxiety, but also a means of support for overall health and well-being.
